Services and Scope
Clean Sweepers provides residential and office cleaning services focused on move-in and move-out cleaning, empty-property deep cleaning, and handover kitchen and appliance cleaning. Service scope is confirmed after an inquiry and property condition review, and any appointment depends on access arrangements and our availability in the Abbottabad metropolitan area.

Quotes and Payment
Where a project requires a custom quote, the price is based on the confirmed scope and condition of the property. For larger move cleaning projects, a deposit may be requested before work begins, and accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, payment card, or cash on site as agreed for the booking.

Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate property details, timely access, and any information needed to complete the cleaning visit. We may use condition photos supplied during the inquiry process to review the property and confirm the scope, and we may decline or limit work if access, timing, or site conditions are not suitable.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and we do not guarantee a specific result, sterilization, medical-grade disinfection, or removal of every allergen. We also do not undertake hazardous material removal, biological waste removal, construction waste removal, pest control, mold remediation, exterior high-rise work, or specialist restoration unless expressly agreed in writing.
